PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PEG-811-08™ Chrome Free Lignosulfonate is a thinner for water based mud for environmentally sensitive applications that is used for controlling flow properties and filtration rates. PEG-811-08™ is a high performing modified iron based product.

ADVANTAGES

• Compatible with most other additives commonly used in water based drilling fluids.
• Thermally stable to temperatures near 350°F.
• Effective at low pH conditions (8 – 9.5).
• Moderately tolerant to calcium and alkali metal salts cement and anhydrite.

APPLICATION

Helps control the rheology of drilling fluids by reducing viscosity and gel strengths.
