PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PecoSeal 306™ is a unique formula of carbon base material that has a selective particle distribution in order to reach the most optimal distribution. This material is used as bridging agent or plugging in porous formations. PecoSeal 306™ is thermally stable and non-expansible; it has a neutral pH and will not affect adversely the properties of the mud.
- PecoSeal 306™ can be used with OBM and WBM.
- PecoSeal 306™ does not affect the rheology of the mud.
- PecoSeal 306™ comes in Fine, Super Fine and Coarse.

TREATMENT
- 5 to 20 ppb (14 kg/m3 to 57 kg/m3) as bridging agent
- 20 to 35 ppb (57 kg/m3 to 100 kg/m3) for partial loses
RECOMMENDATIONS
- We recommend running pilot tests for compatibility and product behavior in the mud.
- After pretreatment we recommend to maintain a concentration of 4 to 5 sacks per hour.
- When using mud screen size 100 or finer you will experience a significant loss over the screen.
- Please be aware of this phenomenon so you can keep an adequate, especially in areas’ were you might experience larger loses.
