PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Pecomul 100™ is an invert mud emulsifier system is comprised of oxidized and modified tall oil for diesel based drilling fluids.

APPLICATION

Product is used as is at 6 to 10 pounds/bbl rate. Mix according to the standard mixing procedure. A secondary emulsifier, like Pecomul 300™, is required to obtain desired wetting properties and fluid loss control.

BENEFITS & USE

• Pecomul 100™ is a primary emulsifier used for formulating invert drilling fluids for diesel based muds.
• Pecomul 100™ will provide high emulsification and some fluid loss control.
• Pecomul 100™ will increase Electric Stability (ES).
• Pecomul 100™ is commonly used with secondary mud emulsifier such as Pecomul300™.
